What we cannot help with

We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. If your issue is with the WhatsApp app itself (a rejected username, a reserved handle, a moderation decision, or a reserved account name), you need to contact WhatsApp support directly through their in-app help section. We cannot escalate WhatsApp issues on your behalf.

We also cannot check whether a specific username is available. That check happens only inside WhatsApp at the moment you try to reserve. If you want to know whether a handle is free, the only way is to try to reserve it in WhatsApp.

Response time

Replies usually come within a few days. If your message is a bug report and includes enough detail to reproduce the problem (which browser, which device, which step failed), we prioritize it.
